Richard L. Parker, MD
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Orthopedic surgeons diagnose and treat ailments affecting muscles, bones and joints, including sports injuries, degenerative diseases, tumors, infections, and birth defects. They regularly perform joint repair and replacement operations.
He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, affiliated with LIJ Hospital/NSU Hospital, who treats all orthopedic problems, with a special interest in arthroscopy, sports medicine, and disorders of the spine. He is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine and was trained at Montefiore Hospital/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Parker was one of the first orthopedic surgeons to perform outpatient arthroscopic surgery on Long Island, starting in 1980, and is a fellow of both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the North American Arthroscopy Association. He is also a recipient of the prestigious America’s Top Doctors Award.

Robert Drazic, MD

Dr. Robert Drazic is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He completed his doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Institute of Technology in 1994. Graduated his Orthopedic Residency with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Peninsula Hospital in New York in 2000. Since 2014, he has been a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at New York Institute of Technology.
Dr. Drazic had been practicing medicine for over two decades. Qualified to treat and diagnosis all varieties of injuries to the musculoskeletal system including the muscles, bone, joints, ligaments, and tendons, with primary focus on shoulders and knees. He only resorts to surgery when all other treatment options are already ruled out or exhausted.
Dr. Drazic is licensed in both New York and New Jersy. His affiliations include Bayonne Medical Center as well as multiple ambulatory surgical centers in New York and New Jersey.
Dr. Drazic speaks both English and Croatian.
Nabil Farakh, MD DO PHD

Dr. Nabil Farakh is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He got his M.D. degree in 1986 at Damascus University in Syria. He finished an orthopedic and traumatology residency in Russia in 1992. He actively participated in orthopedic science research and invented an external fixation device for the treatment of bone fractures. Then, he got a Ph.D. degree in orthopedics from Moscow, Russia in 1995. After that, he was appointed an assistant professor at Kuban Medical Academy in Krasnodar, Russia, where he actively participated in teaching medical students and orthopedic residents.
Dr Farakh had 10 articles published in the most prestigious orthopedics journals in Russia. After his immigration to the United States, he got a D.O. degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. He did his orthopedic residency at Peninsula Hospital Consortium where he served as a chief resident from 2009-2010. Dr Farakh performs surgeries for the treatment of sports injuries, trauma, and total joint replacement. Dr. Farakh is a Clinical assistant professor at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT. Also, Dr Farakh is a faculty member of orthopedic residency program at Huntington Northwell Hospital and still enjoys educating orthopedic residents and medical students.
Hospital affiliations include Valley Stream Northwell Hospital, Huntington Hospital and Mercy Hospital. Dr Farakh is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, the American Osteopathic Society, the Traumatology and Orthopedic Association of Russia, and the National Arab American Medical Association.
Dr. Farakh speaks English, Arabic, and Russian.
Jacob Peacock, MD

Dr. Jacob Peacock, MD, is an American board-certified physician specializing in pain disorders and sports medicine. A graduate from Michigan State University with his M.D, he completed his residency at New York University Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine and his fellowship at Swedish Neuroscience Institute -Interventional Spine and Pain.
Dr Peacock, with his many years of experience uses modern treatments and interventions to help patients achieve their functional goals and find pain relief. He believes in a patient-centered care model and strives to meet patients' goals through clear communication and team-focused care.
Dr. Peacock is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. His affiliations include Northwell Health Hospital in NY as well as multiple surgical facilities in both NY and NJ. He is a long-standing member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as New York Society of Interventional Pain Medicine.
Mario Medina
Mario Medina is a certified clinical medical assistant. Earning his certificate in 2012 at Anthem Institute in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mario now has over 10 years of hands-on experience working with multiple specialists in various clinical settings. He is the lead assistant working directly with Dr. Menashehoff but offers support to his fellow peers and any other provider within our organization.

Outside the office, Mario is an entrepreneur, go-getter, dad, and husband. He is a landlord and business owner. When he is not hustling, he’s entertaining his friends and family with his comical personality. He enjoys spending as much time as he can with his son, daughter, and wife.
Victor Rivera
Victor Rivera is a certified medical assistant. With over 15 years of experience, he earned his certification during his time with the Navy at the Naval Hospital Corps “A” School in 2006. Victor has a vast knowledge of multiple clinical skills from a range of different specialists. He works primarily with our orthopedic and spine surgeons within the practice. He aids patients with employment and disability forms post- and pre-surgery.
His previous and current experience with pain management and knowledge of various surgeries aid in the assistance of scheduling and explaining procedures to patients. He is our lead medical assistant and is very supportive of his peers and readily available to assist anyone.
